Job description

Job Summary:
InterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Corporation, offers innovative solutions for Digital Transformations across various domains. They are seeking a Software Engineer to integrate, develop, and evaluate new technologies for a powerful conversational UX on their voice response platform.
Responsibilities:
• Install and integrate in-house and third-party components and capabilities into Genesys applications
• Design, build, and gather results from demos, A/B tests, and pilots
• Document solutions, and support delivery teams who implement them
• Lab maintenance, including OS patching, Genesys application updates, licensing, and access control
• Work with architects to learn about and to ensure solutions meet Client standards
• Work closely with Product Owner on ideas, and options
Qualifications:
Required:
• GIA (aka GAAP)
• natural language
• Experience with voice response platforms and applications—Genesys in particular
• Experience with speech recognition, and VXML
• Deep experience with general software engineering: APIs, Java, scripting languages, databases, connection protocols, etc.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies
Preferred:
• Experience with Nuance, and natural language understanding are big pluses
