Patient Concierge: Welcome patients with warmth, ensuring they are comfortable and prepared for their visit from the moment they walk in.
Clinical Partnership: Provide high-level assistance to the doctor during procedures, acting as a second set of eyes and hands to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Tech Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by mastering existing and emerging clinical technologies to enhance the "back-office" experience.
Operational Support: Balance clinical duties with front-office tasks, utilizing dental software to help the team reach business goals.
Safety & Compliance: Strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines, including meticulous sterilization of instruments and treatment room preparation.
Diagnostics: Capture and mount high-quality digital radiographs to assist in accurate diagnoses.

Salary Range

Full-time $19 - $25 per hour

Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM (Late start!)
Wednesday & Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: Off
Saturday: One Saturday per month (7:45 AM – 4:00 PM)

Requirements
  • Dentrix
  • Eaglesoft
  • Open Dental
  • Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
  • X-ray / Radiography Certification

Experience: At least 1 year of active experience as a Dental Assistant.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Licensing: Valid Florida X-ray License and RDA license are required.
Software Skills: Previous experience navigating Dental Practice Management Software is highly preferred.
