RESUMEN DEL PUESTO

Brindar soporte operativo y administrativo al area de Servicio al Cliente mediante la planeacion, programacion y seguimiento de los servicios solicitados por los clientes, coordinando las rutas de recoleccion, el control de materiales de empaque, la generacion de ordenes de servicio y el seguimiento documental, con el proposito de garantizar una atencion oportuna, el cumplimiento de los compromisos operativos y la satisfaccion del cliente, asegurando el apego a los procedimientos internos y la normatividad aplicable.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

  • Elaborar y administrar el plan de trabajo diario del area de Servicio al Cliente.
  • Programar y calendarizar los servicios solicitados por los clientes.
  • Coordinar las rutas de servicio para categorizadores, recolectores y unidades Roll-Off.
  • Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento del programa diario de servicios.
  • Administrar el inventario de materiales de empaque y controlar sus entradas y salidas.
  • Elaborar Pick List para la entrega de materiales de empaque, solventes y materiales relacionados.
  • Generar ordenes de venta conforme a los servicios programados.
  • Preparar e imprimir las rutas de servicio para el personal operativo.
  • Confirmar oportunamente los servicios programados con clientes y areas operativas.
  • Elaborar reportes diarios de recolecciones y dar seguimiento a los indicadores del area.
  • Gestionar el envio y seguimiento de los avisos de retorno dentro de los tiempos establecidos.
  • Proporcionar soporte tecnico basico relacionado con perfiles y requerimientos de los tecnicos.
  • Realizar modificaciones a ordenes de venta cuando sea requerido.
  • Elaborar reportes administrativos para el area comercial y de ventas.
  • Gestionar la adquisicion de materiales y suministros requeridos por el area, incluyendo papeleria, articulos de limpieza, equipo de proteccion personal (EPP), materiales para categorizaciones y productos solicitados por los clientes, asegurando su disponibilidad oportuna y el seguimiento del proceso de compra.
  • Preparar y administrar documentacion relacionada con Carta Porte cuando aplique.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos internos de Servicio al Cliente, Seguridad, Calidad y Medio Ambiente.
  • Participar en los programas de capacitacion y mantener actualizados los conocimientos relacionados con manejo de residuos peligrosos, seguridad y normatividad aplicable.
  • Contribuir al cumplimiento de los indicadores de desempeno del area, incluyendo tiempos de entrega documental, control de materiales de empaque, cumplimiento del plan de trabajo y atencion a clientes.

REQUERIMIENTOS

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura concluida en Administracion, Logistica, Comercio Internacional o carrera afin.
  • Experiencia: Minimo 1 ano de experiencia en atencion al cliente, servicio al cliente, coordinacion de servicios, logistica o soporte administrativo.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento de procesos operativos y atencion a requerimientos de clientes.
  • Conocimientos: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y PowerPoint), Google Calendar, Planeacion y programacion de servicios, Elaboracion de ordenes de venta, Control de inventarios de material de empaque, Manejo de documentacion operativa, Servicio y atencion al cliente,
  • Deseable conocimiento en procesos logisticos y manejo de residuos peligrosos.
