Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a PowerBI Developer to build complex data models and visualizations. The role involves collaborating with teams to create data solutions and developing data visualization tools.
Responsibilities:
• Power BI developer builds complex dimensional data models, dashboards, and reports from the bottom up, visualizes compelling data stories on the report canvas, collaborates with other teams to engineer revolutionary agency wide data solutions, develops and implements data visualization solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Mastery in data analytics, creating complex reports
• Using Power BI creating dashboards and interactive visual reports
• Create, test, and deploy Power BI Scripts (Python, M and DAX) as well as execute efficient deep analysis
• Previous experience working with Texas state agencies
Preferred:
• Prior experience in data-related tasks is preferred
• Previous experience with Source Control, Git/BitBucket is preferred
• Previous experience with SAS and its dataset (.sas7bdat) is preferred
• Previous experience with Jira is preferred
• Previous experience with BI tools (SAP, Tableau) is preferred
