Through clear processes, creative advancement, and effective resource direction, you'll help showcase dancker's full range of integrated interior solutions in a clear, engaging, and effective way.
How you'll make an impact:

  • Partner with Sales, Design, and Marketing teams to understand project goals, target audiences, desired outcomes, and stakeholder expectations
  • Develop and support strategic visual assets, including photoreal renderings, immersive and interactive visual experiences, design and sales presentations, thought starters, idea books, and trend materials
  • Facilitate cross-functional brainstorming and strategy sessions that improve stakeholder alignment, creative direction, and project outcomes
  • Establish and maintain clear workflows, processes, and communication standards that create transparency around intake, timelines, workload, deliverables, and project status
  • Continuously evaluate and improve visualization tools, processes, and outputs to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and creative advancement
  • Partner with Sales and leadership teams to support experience center environments that showcase product solutions, reinforce brand positioning, and support client engagement and business development
  • Support experience center updates and refreshes to maintain relevance, functionality, and alignment with evolving workplace trends
  • Monitor recurring themes, project feedback, and delivery outcomes to identify opportunities to improve process clarity, visual quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
