Job description

  • Responsible for daily scheduling of AV Service Staff
  • Create and develop daily scopes of work for service technicians
  • Communicate effectively with field service technicians in order to assist with the progress of service calls/projects
  • Support field technicians, programmers, and commissioning technicians with the service and completion of video and audio conferencing systems
  • Work closely with other IT departments when overseeing the service of video conferencing systems, new AV systems, and/or installing devices that require network access such as but not limited to AV Components, Smart TVs, CISCO devices, streaming and/or lecture capture
  • Maintain a list of needed improvements to existing installations; prioritize improvement projects
  • Ability to provide basic over-the-phone troubleshooting to determine best course of action with a client’s service request
  • Monitor project progress and tasks within deadlines
  • Provide feedback and updates to clients after completion of service calls
