The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Project Management experience leading complex audio-visual initiatives, a strong technical background, and familiarity with AV industry standards and best practices.
This position involves collaboration with clients across diverse environments, including conference rooms, divisible rooms, auditoriums, educational facilities, government facilities and commercial AV installations, with implementations of Crestron, Extron, and BiAmp systems.
This role requires a blend of technical acumen, system integration expertise, and user-centric design thinking. The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end project execution, including:

The successful candidate will balance client advocacy with scope, schedule, and financial management while fulfilling client expectations within contractual terms. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the drive to hold teams accountable are essential.
In addition to AV system deployment, the successful candidate must understand and manage supporting physical layer infrastructure projects, including fiber, copper, structured cabling systems, conduit, pathways, telecommunications spaces, and related low-voltage coordination required to support AV systems.

  • Review and interpret all project documentation including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SOWs, technical/design documents, project plans, and schedules.
  • Execute existing Project Plans in accordance with all subordinate plans including communication, scope, change, schedule, quality, and staffing plans.
  • Create new and revise existing Project Plans and related documentation as needed.
  • Manage internal project staff and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Ensure successful delivery of all project milestones from initiation through closeout.
  • Proactively monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables across all active projects.
  • Provide regular reports to internal and external stakeholders regarding cost, schedule performance, and corrective strategies for any variances.
  • Lead all internal and external project meetings including kickoff meetings, status meetings, and closeout meetings.
  • Coordinate with Project Coordinators and Accounts Receivable to ensure timely and accurate project billing.
  • Collaborate with Sales, AV Engineering, IT, Network Infrastructure, and Scheduling teams for capacity planning and execution.
  • Work closely with AV operations and dispatch teams to align staffing with forecasted resource demands.
  • Manage and coordinate supporting physical layer scope including fiber, copper infrastructure, structured cabling, conduit, pathways, rack locations, IDF/MDF coordination, and related field dependencies.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, electrical contractors, low-voltage contractors, and client IT teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for AV deployment.
  • Support commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and final turnover activities for integrated AV systems.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Excellent presentation, customer communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with enterprise network environments and coordination with client IT teams.

Control Systems Integration
  • Hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, and BiAmp systems.
