Looking for someone who is a quick study, self-motivated, detail oriented, great at communicating, highly organized, multi-tasker, and can be trusted to effectively coordinate the efforts of cross-functional project teams with limited supervision. In this role, you will work with the Senior Program Manager to ensure successful and timely completion of company's priority projects and programs. Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and someone that is able to communicate with all levels of the organization.  Duties and Responsibilities: Coordination of resources, meetings, and events including scheduling, setting meeting agenda, and capturing meeting notes, and tasks.Communicate effectively with the project teams via calls and emails, ensuring commitments are met.Creating and managing project schedules, milestones, timelines, and dependencies as neededMonitor progress on deliverables, action items, decisions, and escalate risks /issues.Run calls, visit/ act as a liaison with vendors, defining scope, gathering requirements, testing, and handling reviews/approvals of deliverables.Manage vendor's documentation and versioning (archiving files) including design reviews and approvals, payments and quotes, layouts, and all files.Assisting with events management and coordination of details start to finish- including planning agenda, participants, venue, and capturing takeaways. Then following up on actions items.Managing development of projects' publications including company Newsletters.Provide strategical inputs on planning, standardization, operations, manufacturing, automation, materials management, and other initiatives.Stakeholder integration and resource planning, as well change management on projects. Support teams with checklists, standard processes development details, and useful resources.Creating and managing documents on MS Teams and SharePoint Other duties may be assigned based on business priorities. Required Skills: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in corporate Projects ManagementCAPM Certified or PMP certification is required. Bachelor's degree from four-year college university is requiredStrong proficiency working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project.Must demonstrate knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
