Visual Merchandise Designer

Location: Fort Worth, TX โ€“ ONSITE

Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday (40 hours a week)

Pay: $25โ€“$35/hr depending on experience


Summary

We're partnering with an established retail company seeking a Visual Merchandise Designer to join its marketing team. This fully onsite role is responsible for designing visually engaging retail and marketing materials that support multiple consumer-facing brands and locations. You'll collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to bring campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives to life across digital and print channels while delivering a consistent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design digital and print marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media graphics, websites, retail signage, flyers, catalogs, promotional displays, and other visual merchandising assets
  • Develop creative concepts that support brand identity across multiple brands and locations
  • Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
  • Maintain brand standards across all customer-facing materials
  • Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

  • Professional graphic design experience supporting established companies or recognized brands
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe
  • Experience creating digital and print marketing materials for retail or consumer-facing brands
  • Background in visual merchandising, retail marketing, consumer products, or multi-location organizations preferred
  • Portfolio demonstrating professional digital and print design work
