Each visit centers on maintaining Melin's visual merchandising standards and building genuine excitement with store associates so they can confidently share the brand with their customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain Melin's visual merchandising standards across headwear displays, fixtures, and signage
  • Ensure product is fully stocked, correctly styled, and presented to reflect the elevated Melin aesthetic
  • Engage and educate store associates on the Melin story, product craftsmanship, and key styles across the line
