Job DetailsJob Location: 097 Waikele Outlet - Waipahu, HI 96797Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 HourlySummary:Crazy Shirts purpose is to create original and memorable artwork on quality products that take our customers on the endless vacation in everyday life. The Store Manager supports this purpose by managing all activities relative to the achievement of individual store goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Responsible for effectively leading, motivating, developing and managing a team. This includes sales associates, sales supervisors and in some cases an assistant manager.
  • Demonstrates excellent Sales Lead behaviors and is responsible for the total store results.
  • Create a culture that ensures customer service and high performance is the focus of all activities.
  • Hold staff accountable for providing quality customer service and achieving store/company goals.
  • Analyze store results and create action plans to drive continuous improvement and growth.
  • Result oriented and identifies opportunities and solutions.
  • Maintain company standards and oversee all phases and compliance of store operations.
  • Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet customer service demands. Continuously networks and makes decisions regarding the need to hire new employees and increase or reduce payroll hours for existing employees.
  • Ensure all sales hours are properly scheduled and staffed by self and team and be ready and available to fill-in and/or cover shifts as needed to maintain proper staffing levels when hourly staff is unavailable.
  • Provides continuous and on-going training and development for staff including customer service training, performance reviews and product knowledge.
  • Ability to use good judgment and make decisions. Handles employee concerns, complaints, or grievances by partnering with Human Resources to determine resolutions, or if applicable, disciplinary or corrective actions (including termination decisions).
  • Work as a team with Merchandising, Shipping, Inventory Control, Visual Merchandising, and other designated departments to maximize sales.
  • Plan and execute merchandising and visual directives and maintain standards.
  • Protects store assets.
  • Drive customer loyalty through company VIP program.
  • Have a sense of urgency and able to meet timelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years retail sales and management experience required
  • Basic Mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication
  • Pass the background screening process
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and moving items up to 45lbs.
  • Moving and standing
  • Reading tickets, shipment invoices, UPC codes, and reports
  • Ability to perform essential job functions in an environment with varied noise levels
  • Must be willing and able to work alone in a store
  • Flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as required
  • Must be able to abide by the companys Exposure Prevention, Preparedness, and Response guidelines as it relates to the spread of communicable diseases, and workplace safety; this includes use of masks (as needed and required per CDC and Company recommendations) and the ability to use cleaning supplies for cleaning and disinfection purposes.
