Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Site Merchandising leads the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies to enhance site performance and customer engagement. This role involves leveraging data analytics, market research, and category insights to drive product innovation and optimize site structure. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align merchandising initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless campaign launches and continuous improvement. The manager also provides strategic guidance, influences stakeholders, and delivers actionable insights to support decision-making and advance site capabilities within a dynamic retail environment. What you'll do...About the team:
The Site Merchandising team designs and optimizes site layouts for campaigns and events to enhance customer engagement and increase traffic. Collaborating with marketing and cross-functional partners, the team applies customer analytics and market research to refine site content and category strategies. They manage site structure, promotional launches, and performance measurement using advanced tools. Focused on clear communication and strategic insights, the team delivers data-driven recommendations and innovative merchandising solutions that improve the online shopping experience and support the company’s business objectives.
What you'll do:
  • Lead product discovery and roadmap development to address customer needs and business opportunities for site merchandising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement site structure, taxonomy, and SEO strategies that enhance site performance.
  • Utilize customer analytics and market research to inform category strategies and optimize merchandising plans.
  • Manage campaign launches and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with branding and business objectives.
  • Influence stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging site performance data and emerging digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

  • Proven expertise in product management, including product discovery, roadmap development, and backlog prioritization.
  • Strong knowledge of site structure, SEO strategies, and web analytics to optimize site performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence cross-functional partners and present data-driven insights clearly.
  • Experience in market and customer analysis, leveraging data to identify opportunities and inform strategies.
  • Ability to lead campaign planning, execution, and evaluation while ensuring compliance with branding standards.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on category management and business plan development.
  • Proficiency in data reporting tools and storytelling through analytics to support decision-making.
