Retail Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the Team through personal selling achievements and the store's day-to-day operations, as well as helping market Filson's high-quality products by upholding strong visual merchandising requirements. The Filson brand is built on a reputation of excellent product quality, performance and associate knowledge, and this position serves to provide exceptional customer service and team empowerment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies customer needs and acts as an outfitter, one who fully prepares our guest for their next adventure through exceptional product knowledge.
  • Supports marketing events and stories through in store promotion, clientele emails, and community outreach.
  • Ensure that Filson Standards and Operating Standards are met or exceeded to support brand consistency.
  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
  • Supports store operations by enforcing company programs, initiatives, policies and procedures.
  • Regularly and consistently abides by Time & Attendance policies and all policies and procedures included within

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
