ABOUT THE ROLE
At Jaxen Grey, the Inventory & Visual Lead plays a critical role in ensuring product moves efficiently from receipt to stockroom to sales floor while maintaining a compelling, well-merchandised store environment. This position owns key inventory operations, replenishment, stockroom organization, visual merchandising execution, and sales floor readiness that directly support sell-through, operational excellence, and a strong customer experience.
This is a hands-on, part-time role reporting to the Store Manager, with close partnership with store leadership and the Visual Merchandising Manager. Hours are based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate throughout the year.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE...
  • Own all inbound and outbound product flow, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with Company policies
  • Receive, unpack, ticket, and process merchandise; verify receipts and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Execute and oversee inter-store transfers, Return Authorizations (RAs), damages, and other inventory-related processes
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and space-efficient stockroom that supports inventory accuracy and fast replenishment
  • Partner with store leadership to establish and execute a replenishment cadence using restock reports and inventory tools
  • Ensure the sales floor is replenished, organized, and customer-ready to support sell-through and a strong customer experience
  • Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Sr. Visual Merchandising Manager
  • Maintain floorset integrity, outfitting standards, and overall visual presentation throughout the store
  • Support markdowns, launches, events, promotions, seasonal transitions, and re-merchandising projects
  • Train and support the team on Operation Recovery, brand standards, and visual presentation expectations
  • Identify store, facilities, stockroom, and merchandising needs and communicate opportunities to leadership
  • Fulfill, prepare, and ship e-commerce and customer orders in accordance with quality and shipping standards
  • Assist customers on the sales floor as needed
