Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (โ€œJamisonโ€) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Admin Support/ Audio-Visual Management
Secret Clearance is a plus.
Job Title: Admin Support/Project Information Specialist to include Facilities and Audio-Visual Management for Conference Rooms, Training Rooms, and Business Center Management
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The contractor shall provide program and administrative support services, primarily in support of, but not limited to, the Agencyโ€™s records management program, from origination of the records through their eventual disposition and disposal. This includes identifying, classifying, prioritizing, storing, securing, archiving, preserving, retrieving, tracking, and disposal of Agency records. The Contractor shall provide support to the Agency related to its FOIA program, including receiving and tracking requests, updating the FOIA database, coordinating respondent documents, drafting response letters, and assisting in meeting FOIA reporting requirements.
REQUIRED AND DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Possess the ability to respond flexibly and to provide rapid assistance in a time-sensitive environment.
Possess strong organizational and customer service skills.
U. S. Citizenship.
Ability to obtain and retain a โ€œSECRETโ€ security clearance.
At least 7 years of administrative management or relevant work experience
Experience in creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures
Ability to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Experience managing an agency project report library
Experience with other administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or security
Ability to provide training and technical assistance to staff
Experience in information and records management
Proficient in the use of a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to innovative and quality customer service
Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes
Experience providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events such as microphone and monitor connectivity, presentations or visual material access
Experience creating and editing audio-visual content such as presentations and videos
Experience setting up conference, board, or training rooms
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Ability to identify and resolve complex problems
College degree required in business or information management and/or related certifications
Location: 1101 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1100, Arlington, VA 22209.
Schedule:
Contractor shall provide services during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Contractor personnel shall perform the services required under this contract to meet contract requirements for forty (40) hours per week; Monday through Friday, except for U.S. Federal Holidays.
Clearance Level Required: Employment is contingent upon successfully completing any required background checks, in accordance with applicable law.
