Job description

Job Title: Graphic Designer (Visual Communications)
Company: BLN24
About Us: We find strength in teamwork-a better you is a better us
BLN24 is an award-winning Management Consulting Firm that supports the U.S. Federal Government in successfully achieving their mission and goals. Our service and solutions delivery start with understanding each client's end-state, and then seamlessly integrating within each Agency's organization to improve and enhance strategic and technical operations and deployments.
Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer supports the development of visual communications materials for public health campaigns, events, and digital outreach initiatives. This role applies graphic design principles to produce high-quality visual content that communicates complex information in clear, engaging, and accessible formats.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and producing a wide range of materials, including social media graphics, infographics, event collateral, presentations, and digital campaign assets. The role ensures all products align with federal branding standards, accessibility requirements, and communication objectives.
Working independently on assigned tasks, the Graphic Designer collaborates with communications specialists and project teams to translate concepts and messaging into effective visual designs. The role supports both planned campaign deliverables and rapid-turnaround design needs for events and time-sensitive communications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce graphics for digital, print, and multimedia formats using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Develop visual assets for campaigns, including social media graphics, infographics, and outreach materials
  • Create event-related materials such as signage, presentations, and promotional content
  • Ensure all deliverables meet Section 508 accessibility and federal branding requirements
  • Collaborate with communications and project teams to align visuals with messaging and audience needs
  • Prepare final production-ready files for dissemination across multiple platforms

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design or visual communications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and standard design tools
  • Experience supporting federal communications or public health campaigns preferred
