Are you a visual storyteller who thrives on turning complex data into beautiful, compelling narratives? We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to join our dynamic design team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in producing high-quality visual content across various mediums, with a primary focus on presentation design. This position emphasizes execution, precision, and creative support, ensuring consistency and excellence in all design deliverables. Working under the guidance of the Art Director and in collaboration with the Design Manager, you will help bring visual concepts to life that support corporate communications, data visualization, and multimedia presentations.
What you'll do:
Presentation & Visual Design Execution
  • Execute the design, development, and refinement of high-end PowerPoint presentations, custom infographics, and client-facing materials under tight deadlines.
  • Translate creative direction and design briefs into visually engaging assets across print, digital, and video platforms.
  • Collaborate with various teams to conceptualize presentations, advertising, and other visual materials that align with branding and communication goals.
  • Proof, refine, and polish presentations, advertisements, and other design assets to ensure absolute accuracy and visual appeal.

Multimedia & Data Visualization
  • Create multimedia content, for new business pitches, the People Team, trade shows, online platforms, and client presentations.
  • Support the Art Director on visual projects involving corporate communications, photography, and data visualizations.
  • Assist in producing audience insights projects through engaging, easy-to-understand, and effective data visualizations.
  • Assist in photo editing, asset management, and versioning of design materials.

Brand Stewardship & Team Support
  • Support the Design Manager and Art Director in developing layouts, illustrations, and motion graphics.
  • Maintain and strictly apply brand guidelines to all projects, ensuring a cohesive identity and established design standards across all materials.
  • Prepare final artwork files for production and digital deployment, ensuring complete technical accuracy.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and seamlessly adjusting designs based on constructive feedback.

What you'll bring:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, or presentation design, ideally within a fast-paced media, advertising, or creative agency environment.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Google Docs are required.
  • Significant experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Must be proficient working in a Macintosh environment.
