Job description

cFocus Software seeks a Low-Code/No-Code Developer to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 4-12+ years of experience in application development
  • Proficient in at least one major low-code/no-code platform (OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, ServiceNow)
  • Experience with API integration, database connectivity, and workflow automation
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Capable of independently developing and deploying low-code applications
  • Knowledge of security best practices and data governance
  • Experience training non-technical users on low-code platforms

Duties:
  • Designs, develops, and deploys applications using low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly deliver mission capabilities with minimal traditional coding.
  • Leverages visual development environments, pre-built components, and drag-and-drop interfaces to create functional applications.
  • Integrates low-code solutions with enterprise systems, APis, and databases.
  • Ensures applications meet security, performance, and usability requirements.
  • Provides training and support to citizen developers.
  • Maintains application documentation and implements governance standards for low-code development.
  • Works closely with business analysts and end-users to translate requirements into functional applications.
