At TrueChoicePack, we design products that people connect with the moment they see them. Our work blends sustainability, innovation, and consumer-first thinking - and this role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and real-world product impact.
You'll help bring ideas to life, transforming sketches, trend boards, and brand insights into tangible products that stand out on shelves and elevate everyday experiences. From concept exploration to packaging aesthetics, you'll work in a studio-style environment where imagination leads and consumer insight guides.
Recent design graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Create & Shape Concept & Visual Development

Brand Experience & Storytelling
  • Craft product narratives that connect design features to lifestyle, emotion, and consumer value.
  • Support packaging concepts with visual cues, layout direction, and brand-aligned aesthetics.
  • Ensure every product feels cohesive with TrueChoicePack's brand voice, sustainability mission, and retail presence.

Design Details & Light Validation

  • Conduct simple physical checks (dimensions, weight, durability indicators) to ensure design intent is preserved.
  • Align design features with marketing claims, sustainability messaging, and regulatory guidelines.

Creative Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, sourcing, packaging, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and production readiness.
  • Participate in creative reviews, consumer feedback sessions, and brand alignment workshops.
  • Provide design-focused insights for product launches, marketing visuals, and retail presentations.

Requirements
Experience

  • Recent graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Skills

  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Ability to create and interpret design concepts, sketches, and visual direction.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting design ideas and collaborating across teams.
  • Understanding of packaging, color theory, materials, and consumer experience principles.
