The Role: Concept to Completion

As a Senior Project Architect, you will be the creative and technical anchor for a diverse range of projects. You will:

  • Lead the Design Journey: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring innovative solutions meet practical building requirements.
  • Visualize & Create: Utilize a powerful tech stack including Revit, AutoCAD, Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite to bring complex designs to life.
  • Mentor & Inspire: Guide junior staff and interns, fostering a culture of professional growth and design excellence.
  • Collaborate Broadly: Partner with clients, consultants, and our internal Civil/MEP/Structural teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
  • Master the Details: Ensure every design adheres to building codes, zoning ordinances, and the highest standards of construction best practices.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 8+ years of comprehensive architectural experience with a proven track record of full-scope project involvement.
  • Credentials: Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch); NCARB Certification and Virginia Licensure (or immediate reciprocity eligibility).
  • Technical Depth: A deep understanding of construction techniques, materials, and integrated building systems (Structural, MEP, Fire Protection).
  • Communication: Exceptional visual and verbal storytelling skills to engage clients and lead teams.
