Summary Description:
• The Intern will provide valuable support to key organizational functions within their assigned department. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment, helping interns develop industry knowledge, communication skills, and professional growth. Interns will be placed in a specific department based on their interests, skills, and business needs, where they will assist with various projects, process improvements, and day-to-day activities. The internship will last between 3 to 6 months, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
Essential Job Functions:
• Functions will vary based on department placement but may include:

• Accounting: Assist with the preparation of daily reports (e.g., labor, orders, shipments). Contribute to the month-end accounting close process and help with financial reporting.

• Finance & Business Analysis: Support the finance team with financial reporting, cost analysis, and operational budgeting to ensure accurate financial management.

• Learns organizational processes and procedures. Contributes to assigned projects and may assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or records.
• Manage an assigned project focused on continuous improvement within the department.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and logs relevant to the internship function.
• Shadow experienced professionals and gain exposure to best practices in beverage manufacturing.

• Interest in business operations and organizational functions within the beverage manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with other tools is a plus.

Education and Experience:
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Marketing/Communications, or a related field, depending on the department.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher in your declared major.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work the hours requested by your supervisor and fulfill the required hours set by your university for academic credit (if applicable).
Working Conditions:
• Physical Demands- Continuously standing or walking. Regular requirements to lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight.
• Visual/Sensory - This position requires attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time.
• Work environment - Work and environment fasted paced, requiring ability to remain focused under pressure.
• Mental Stress - There is pronounced pressure from deadlines, project management, accuracy or similar demands.
• Typical Hours: 20 - 29 hours/week
• Infrequent overtime, weekend, or shift rotation.
Travel Requirements:
• Based in Tampa corporate office with minimal travel requirements.
