Kidcreate Studio – Wixom is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and organized Sales Coordinator to help us grow our presence throughout the community. If you're comfortable picking up the phone, enjoy building relationships, and love connecting with schools, organizations, and families, we'd love to meet you!
This is a hands-on, in-person role that combines sales, marketing, and community outreach. You'll play a key part in introducing new customers and organizations to everything Kidcreate has to offer.
What You'll Do
  • Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to schools, daycares, community organizations, and local businesses.
  • Build relationships with prospective partners and schedule meetings or studio visits.
  • Deliver marketing materials, flyers, and promotional information throughout the community.
  • Represent Kidcreate Studio at networking opportunities and community outreach events when needed.
  • Track all sales activities, conversations, and follow-up tasks in our customer database.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of leads, contacts, and outreach efforts.
  • Follow established sales processes and consistently manage an active pipeline of prospects.
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives to help increase awareness of Kidcreate Studio programs.
  • Collaborate with the studio leadership team to identify new partnership opportunities.
