Job description

The Fayetteville Marksmen are seeking a talented and dynamic Content Coordinator specializing in Graphics & Video to join our creative team. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand presence and engaging our passionate fan base through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse, capable of producing high-quality graphic designs and engaging video content that captures the excitement of professional hockey and the spirit of the Marksmen.
Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce visually stunning graphics for various platforms, including social media, website, in-arena displays, and marketing campaigns.
  • Capture, edit, and produce dynamic video content, including short-form social media clips, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes features.
  • Assist with game day content creation, including live photo and video capture, ensuring immediate and engaging updates across digital channels.
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to Fayetteville Marksmen brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional aesthetic.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, social media, and game operations teams to develop integrated content strategies and campaigns.
  • Actively brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for visual content that resonates with our audience and supports organizational goals.
  • Manage and organize digital assets, including photos, videos, and graphic design files, for easy accessibility and future use.
  • Stay informed on current design trends, video production techniques, and social media best practices to continually elevate our content.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required for games, events, and content deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, video production, or digital content creation, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of various social media platforms and their respective content requirements and trends.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to adapt, learn new technologies, and embrace constructive feedback.
  • A genuine passion for sports and an understanding of the fan experience.
