Join our HR Internal Communications team and help bring ideas to life through design. In this co-op/intern role, you'll create engaging visuals that make HR programs and information easier for employees to understand.
You'll gain hands-on experience working on real projects while building your skills in presentation design, visual storytelling, and corporate branding.

Job Description:

   Assist in designing presentations and visual content for HR initiatives
   Create graphics such as infographics, charts, and internal communication materials
   Help develop and maintain PowerPoint templates and branded assets
   Support internal campaigns, announcements, and employee communications
   Collaborate with HR and communications team members
   Incorporate feedback to improve designs

Job Qualifications:

   Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
   Basic skills in PowerPoint and/or Adobe Creative Suite
   Strong attention to detail and creativity
   Willingness to learn and take feedback
   Interest in design, storytelling, and employee communications

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with presentations or brand-related projects
    Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
