Visual Communications Specialist
Who we are:
Were a tight-knit, laid-back team of 5 people who love what we do and don't take ourselves too seriously. We create cool visual content (SIGNS) , and we need someone organized to help us keep the wheels turning. If you hate corporate jargon, micromanagement, and cold calling, youll fit right in.
The Vibe
  • Zero cold calling.
  • A genuinely fun team. We collaborate, laugh a lot, and actually enjoy working together.
  • Autonomy. We trust you to do your job without someone hovering over your shoulder.
What Youll Actually Do
Your main mission is to bridge the gap between our clients' ideas and our creative execution. You'll be the organizational backbone of the team.
  • Run the intake: Youll handle incoming phone calls and emails from clients who already want to work with us.
  • Build estimates: Listen to what the client needs, figure out the scope, and put together accurate project estimates.
  • Keep us on track: Cross Ts, dot Is, and make sure no detail slips through the cracks.
What Were Looking For
  • Obsessively detail-oriented: Youre the type of person who notices a typo from a mile away and gets a weird sense of satisfaction from a perfectly organized spreadsheet.
  • Great communicator: You can chat with clients naturally on the phone and write emails that sound like a human wrote them.
  • Visual sense: You don't need to be a master designer, but you should understand the basics of visual communication so you can talk shop with our clients and design team.
  • Reliable: Since were a small team of 5, every person matters. We need someone we can count on.
Perks
  • Competitive pay
  • Relaxed dress code (wear what makes you comfortable)
  • A drama-free, supportive work environment
Sound like a fit? Send over your resume and a quick note about why you think you'd be a great addition to a 5-person team. No formal, stuffy cover letters requiredjust be yourself.
