We are looking for a skilled and motivated Video Engineer (V1) to join our team. This role requires an experienced professional with advanced technical expertise in video systems, including LED walls, projectors, and media servers. You will be responsible for operating and managing video systems at live events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality visuals.


Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and strike video equipment, including projectors, LED walls, video switchers, and media servers.
  • Manage video signal flow and troubleshooting during live events to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality output.
  • Operate and program LED walls using Novastar processors and relevant software.
  • Work with Blackmagic and Roland products for video processing and distribution.
  • Manage video playback and media servers using Resolume Arena, Mbox Player, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Ensure compatibility and correct formatting of video content for different display systems.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent technical issues.
  • Coordinate with the production team to execute visual elements as per client requirements.
  • Maintain organization and inventory of video equipment, ensuring proper transport and storage.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Video Technician or Video FOH Engineer (V1) in live event production.
  • Advanced knowledge of video equipment.
  • Experience programming and operating LED walls.
  • Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events.
  • Must be a team player with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and understand and meet client needs.
