Sploot Veterinary Care is redefining urgent and primary care for pets, and we're seeking a full-time Pet Parent Experience Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and making a meaningful impact for pets and their families.

  • Veterinary/Operations Experience: Veterinary, animal care, or clinic operations experience preferred, including hands-on work in a veterinary or animal care setting and front-desk/reception responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality, client-centered experiences
  • Schedule & Availability: Flexible weekly availability, including weekends, for 10-and 12-hour shifts in an onsite role at a dedicated home clinic, with occasional coverage across multiple clinic locations

What You'll Do

  • Client Support & Coordination: Independently serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out
  • Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high-quality patient care
  • Problem-Solving: Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment
