PRN Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) – Flexible Schedule | High Pay Per Visit

We are actively seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our growing patient base. This is a per diem role designed for flexibility—perfect for clinicians who want to pick up visits based on their availability without being tied to a full-time schedule.

  • Perform initial and ongoing patient evaluations

Qualifications:
