Position Summary About Us A Special Angel's Touch, Inc. is a licensed Nurse Registry dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home care services throughout Miami-Dade County. We are committed to improving the lives of our clients by delivering personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing Grooming Dressing Toileting Mobility and transfers Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed. Provide companionship and emotional support. Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care. Monitor and report changes in the client's condition. Follow individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation and electronic visit verification (EVV). Communicate effectively with the clinical team and family members. Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Current Florida Home Health Aide Certificate (minimum 75-hour HHA training) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license. Current CPR Certification. Level II Background Screening (or ability to obtain one). Valid government-issued identification. Reliable transportation is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Spanish and/or Creole are a plus. Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with: Pediatrics Individuals with developmental disabilities Seniors Clients with special needs Experience providing personal care in a home setting.
