We’re looking for a commission-based Sales Representative who wants to:
- grow a book of business, or
- bring an existing book and expand it further with stronger production and fulfillment support
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven salesperson who enjoys building long-term partnerships, selling programs (not just one-off orders), and being part of a company with momentum.
This is not a high-pressure, cold-calling role.
What You’ll Do

- Build and manage client relationships across brands and organizations
- Sell Visionz’s core services:
- custom apparel and decoration
- embroidery and screen printing
- decals and branded merchandise
- fulfillment and kitting support
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through repeat programs and value-added items (“swag”)
- Work closely with internal production and leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality results
