This position works closely with a wide variety of municipal clients for civil engineering projects. This position is Flex Time eligible and hybrid working arrangements are possible.

Responsibilities

Your mission:

  • Client relations including attendance at client meetings and interaction with existing and new clients
  • Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC
  • Design of public works infrastructure projects
  • Assist with mentoring junior engineering staff
  • Preparation of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents
  • Preparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects
  • Administration of construction on public works infrastructure projects
Qualifications

The salary for this position ranges from $79,081 to $126,529 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related) required
  • 4+ years of prior experience within the Public Works market serving multiple clients or related fields required
  • PE license required
  • Experience with funding and grants available to municipalities preferred
  • The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. We are unable to provide or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role.
