Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with OB-GYNs, midwives, hospital staff, and lactation consultants throughout the DFW metroplex
  • Educate providers and their staff on the benefits of our insurance-covered breast pumps and the referral process
  • Build and execute a targeted weekly outreach plan to onboard new referral sources and support existing ones
  • Leverage company marketing tools (flyers, demo kits, QR codes, etc.) to increase visibility and provider engagement
  • Partner with intake and customer care teams to ensure seamless fulfillment for referred patients
  • Maintain detailed activity logs and referral metrics in CRM software
  • Represent the company with professionalism, product knowledge, and a commitment to supporting new mothers

Qualifications:

  • Must reside within Chicago, IL area
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or physician outreach (preferably in healthcare or women’s health)
  • Established relationships with OB-GYNs, lactation consultants, or hospital maternity programs is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with medical staff and administrators
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and territory planning abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • No clinical licenses (RN, RT, etc.) are required for this position

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
