Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client advocate within the Bioanalytical organization
  • Act asa central pointof contact for both internal and external clients
  • Capture, clarify and provide visibility to client expectations
  • Deliver clear,timely, and concise updates to clients
  • Provideaccuratedata and insights to support capacity planning and resource forecasting
  • Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of project-related issues
  • Support contract review, project budgeting, and financial reconciliation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, etc.) with 3 or moreyears experiencein a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment
  • 1 year or more working with internal or external clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year or more Client-facing experience
  • 1 year or more experience within a laboratory environment
  • Project Management Certification

  • Strong critical thinking and organizational kills
  • Knowledge of process excellence processes, tools and activities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
