Casting actors for “The Sandwich” short film. Only local talent will be considered. Additional information: Table Read Date: July 7th, Rehearsal Date: July 17th, Shooting Dates: July 18th and 19th.

Roles
  • Jared – Male, 20‑29 years old, all ethnicities. (Leading role). Short hair, clean shaved, no visible tattoos. Character description: Jared has been working a job that keeps him in a cubicle for years. He is diligent and follows a strict routine. On one Sunday his routine is turned upside down in bizarre ways as he eats a sandwich his grandfather made to remember him.
  • Bella – Female, 23‑27 years old, all ethnicities. (Supporting role). Tattoos and piercings allowed. Character: Bella is Jared’s ex‑girlfriend, still in denial about their breakup and infatuated with him. She pushes Jared to his limits in an obnoxious way, revealing how much he truly wants his sandwich and gives him a kiss on the cheek.
