Job description

We are actively recruiting Canadian Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time hospital opportunities in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

This is an excellent opportunity for Canadian nurses looking to build a long-term nursing career in the United States, with TN visa sponsorship, relocation assistance, professional support, and a pathway to Green Card sponsorship.

Compensation & Financial Incentives
  • $33–$40/hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Up to $25,000 in total bonuses and financial incentives
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • $8,000 relocation assistance upon arrival in Alabama
  • $12,000 additional bonus, paid in bi-weekly installments over 12 months
  • Shift differentials:
    • $3.50/hour for evening shifts
    • $4.75/hour for overnight shifts
  • Reimbursement for NCLEX, TOEFL/IELTS, and VisaScreen certification fees
  • TN visa sponsorship fully covered

  • 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
  • 2-week orientation
