• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health conditions and needs comprehensively.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies to drive positive outcomes.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual client management tools.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience level.
