Your Responsibilities on the Team

Design & Styling Execution

  • Create full-home virtual designs based on partner needs, design presentations, and department standards.

  • Develop space plans, lighting concepts, and product selections, including finishes such as wallpaper, tile, and trim.

  • Style models to align with brand standards and design intent.

  • Deliver high-quality static renders and virtual tours within established timelines.

  • Read and interpret floor plans and architectural documents to ensure accurate design execution.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed accurately.

  • Maintain and update project statuses across systems such as Airtable and other tracking tools.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

  • Communicate clearly on project progress, blockers, and support needs.

  • Support team members and provide coverage across projects when needed.

Quality Control & 3D Collaboration

  • Perform quality checks on models and provide feedback to Technical Design and 3D teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with standards.

  • Partner with Technical Design teams to troubleshoot design or modeling issues.

  • Support the generation of virtual tours and interactive deliverables.

  • Identify potential design or scope concerns and escalate appropriately.

Team Contribution & Growth

  • Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and evolving workflows.

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and implement feedback.

  • Contribute to maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Your Toolbox

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 1-4+ years of experience in interior design, residential merchandising, staging, or related field.

  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents.

  • Experience with design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or similar.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Airtable or similar systems) preferred.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote environments.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
