This is an outstanding opportunity to join a sophisticated corporate legal department, work alongside experienced Labor & Employment attorneys, and gain exposure to high-level employment matters.

Duration: 6–9 months
Schedule: Full-time hours
Pay Rate: $30–55/hour
What You'll Do
Working closely with Senior Counsel and the U.S. Labor & Employment team, you'll play a key role in supporting employment litigation, internal investigations, and legal operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Heavy case management in Relativity, including organizing, tracking, and managing employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Provide direct day-to-day support to U.S. Labor & Employment attorneys, including Senior Counsel
- Coordinate with outside counsel on active litigation matters
- Manage document review, case tracking, legal holds, and litigation workflows
- Conduct legal research, including comprehensive 50-state employment law surveys
- Support internal investigations involving demand letters, administrative charges, and employment-related claims
- Draft and revise legal documents, including:
- Cease and desist letters
- Company policies
- Responses to administrative charges and government agency inquiries
- Severance and release agreements
- Maintain dispute tracking databases and prepare reporting to identify litigation trends and risk areas
- Coordinate with payroll regarding severance payments and agreement tracking
- Manage legal administrative functions, including file organization, calendaring, invoice review, and processing
- Assist with developing labor & employment training materials and presentations
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of Labor & Employment litigation experience strongly preferred
- Prior in-house legal department experience is highly desirable
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Strong employment litigation and case management background
- Experience managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Relativity experience is highly preferred, as this role involves significant case management within the platform
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
