AFIC is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who brings prior customer service experience, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Guide customers through the initial claims process with clarity and empathy
  • Accurately enter and maintain confidential customer data
  • Resolve routine inquiries while escalating complex issues appropriately
  • Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity expectations
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • 1+ year of customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Clear, confident phone communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
  • Consistent attendance and reliability
  • High school diploma or equivalent (insurance experience a plus)
