What You'll Do
As a member of the Administrative Services team, you'll provide essential support to attorneys, legal administrative assistants, and office leadership while helping ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, contacts, meetings, and conference room scheduling
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Respond to administrative support requests from attorneys and staff
- Provide onsite administrative support for attorneys and visiting personnel
Legal & Document Support
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal correspondence and documents
- Create and maintain client and matter files
- Assist with electronic filings and document production
- Assemble binders and presentation materials
- Scan, copy, file, and organize legal documents
Office Operations
- Provide backup coverage for legal administrative assistants and reception
- Assist with special projects and overflow assignments
- Help maintain a collaborative and efficient office environment
What We're Looking For
- Two or more years of administrative experience
- Prior law firm experience is highly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
- Strong customer service mindset and willingness to jump in where needed

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations
• Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing
• This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings
• Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading
