Job description

The group you'll be a part of
Lam Research is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Global Treasury Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Treasury Operations, this role will support the execution and administration of global funding, liquidity, debt, and banking activities while helping maintain the operational controls that support Lam's capital structure and global treasury operations.
The impact you'll make
Key Responsibilities
Funding & Liquidity Management
  • Execute and monitor intercompany funding activities across Lam's global legal entity structure.
  • Support short-term and long-term liquidity planning initiatives.
  • Assist with cash positioning and liquidity forecasting activities.
  • Coordinate funding requests and capital movements among global subsidiaries.
  • Support initiatives to optimize global cash utilization and liquidity efficiency.

Debt Administration & Compliance
  • Monitor debt covenant compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Support debt issuance, refinancing, and capital markets transactions.
  • Assist with preparation of materials related to board, audit, and financing activities.
  • Assist with bank guarantee, letter of credit, and surety bond programs.

Controls & Governance
  • Execute treasury controls supporting SOX and internal compliance requirements.
  • Maintain Treasury policies, procedures, and process documentation.
  • Support audit requests and periodic compliance reviews.
  • Assist in development of operational metrics and reporting dashboards.

Who we're looking for
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications
Preferred
  • Corporate treasury experience.
  • Knowledge of cash management, banking operations, debt instruments, or capital markets.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba preferred).
  • Experience with SAP
  • Understanding of SOX controls and corporate governance requirements.
  • CFA or CTP certification or progress toward certification.
