VDI and EndPoint Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
VDI Management: Design, deploy, and manage a secure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) across the enterprise.
Windows 365 Cloud PC: Must have dedicated, hands-on experience configuring and administering Windows 365 Cloud PC environments (Note: This is separate from standard Microsoft 365 administration).
Microsoft Intune: Manage, configure, and push applications and security compliance policies to endpoints using Microsoft Intune.
Device Lifecycle: Oversee the full lifecycle of virtual machines, from initial provisioning and enrollment to final decommissioning.
Image & Policy Management: Build, optimize, and maintain master desktop images, user profiles, and Group Policies.
Identity & Access: Manage user access and security controls using Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID).
Troubleshooting: Act as the main escalation point for complex technical issues, connectivity drops, and system latency.
PowerShell Scripting: Use PowerShell to automate daily administrative tasks and routine system modifications.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside security, network, and helpdesk teams to ensure a smooth virtual desktop experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact clearly with both technical teams and business partners
