Virtual Speech Language Pathologist Position - Alabama | 2026-2027 School Year
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services for an Alabama school district during the 2026-2027 school year. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced SLP who enjoys the flexibility of virtual services while making a meaningful impact on student communication and academic success.
Position Overview
  • Full-time Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position
  • 2026-2027 school year contract
  • Alabama school district assignment
  • Fully remote/teletherapy opportunity
  • 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity
  • Caseload and student population based on district needs
  • Opportunity for contract renewal following successful completion
SLP Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
  • Complete evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy aligned with student needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and service logs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other related service providers

Qualifications
  • Active Alabama Speech Language Pathology license
