Rine Heart Mental Health Clinic is actively seeking passionate and qualified Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) for a full-time remote therapist position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing virtual therapy services to a diverse range of clients in Palmdale, California. • Engage in virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing video conferencing tools to facilitate meaningful and supportive interactions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients, taking into account their mental health histories.
• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and therapeutic guidance to clients facing challenges, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to state regulations and ethical guidelines to ensure compliance and accountability.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies to enhance the efficacy of treatments delivered, continuously evaluating client progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a virtual setting to discuss cases, share insights, and improve overall service delivery.

Your practice will encompass a wide range of age groups and backgrounds. You will work with clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various other mental health concerns. Our diverse client population reflects the vibrant community of Palmdale and ensures that your therapeutic techniques and cultural competencies will continually grow.

• Current and valid California state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required to ensure that you are equipped to provide high-quality care.
• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is necessary to meet the educational standards of the role.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in therapy or mental health counseling is preferred to ensure you are prepared to handle a variety of client scenarios effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in providing virtual therapy services, with familiarity in using telehealth platforms.
• Expertise in specialized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
• A track record of success in building therapeutic rapport and establishing trust with clients to facilitate open communication.
