You will have the autonomy to structure your workday around your personal and professional commitments while being supported by a dedicated administrative team.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services, including individual counseling, group therapy, or couples therapy, depending on client needs.
• Utilize our telehealth platform to facilitate virtual appointments, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes within the Simple Practice system for consistency and compliance.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Mind Vending, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including teens, adults, and couples, who present with various mental health challenges. Your therapeutic interventions will focus on promoting mental wellness, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, trauma, and more.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in treatment planning and mental health counseling techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective client interaction in a virtual environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems is advantageous, though not required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience.
• Experience in psychotherapy targeting a range of issues for teens, adults, and couples.
• Prior work in remote or telehealth settings, facilitating clients through virtual appointments.
