• Provide professional virtual counseling services tailored to individual needs, fostering a safe, judgment-free environment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning and goal setting, ensuring evidence-based techniques are employed.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation while adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and clinical judgment.
• Make thoughtful referrals to additional resources, including support groups and community services, when appropriate.

Your clients will encompass a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. By employing a client-centered approach, you will engage with clients from different cultural backgrounds, providing tailored strategies that resonate with their unique experiences and needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) in the State of California.
• Proven experience in providing virtual counseling services, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency in teletherapy.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a strong focus on evidence-based practices.
• Excellent organizational skills, accompanied by a commitment to precise and thorough documentation.
