Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to provide behavioral support in a Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten Autism classroom within an elementary school district. Requirements:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
Previous experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
School-based or ABA experience preferred

Provide 1:1 and classroom behavioral support to students
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as directed
Collect behavioral data and monitor student progress
