Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon Opportunity

Baylor Scott and White Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible plastic and reconstructive surgeon to join our outstanding plastic surgery care program in the Greater Austin Region at the Baylor Scott & White Multispecialty MOB - Round Rock. We are seeking a plastic surgeon with a passion for patient care, with entrepreneurial and leadership skills to grow within our Department of Surgery, Plastic Surgery practice. The ideal candidate should be focused on quality and be able to effectively collaborate with referring physicians and other professionals to provide optimum patient care within our award-winning integrated health care system.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced plastic surgeon, at least 3 years preferred, seeking a high-growth, high-support environment
  • Residency-trained in plastic surgery; microvascular reconstruction fellowship is a plus
  • Strong passion for breast reconstruction and interest in contributing to a focused microvascular caseload
  • Excited by a practice mix of 90% general plastic surgery and 10% microvascular work
  • Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting and enjoys cultivating trusted referral relationships
  • Eligible for Texas medical licensure
  • Ready to join a system with seamless workflows supported by Epic EMR
