Plastic Surgery Nurse Practitioner Locum Opportunity – Massachusetts
Position Overview
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner with 1–2 years of inpatient Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery experience for a hospital-based locum assignment. This is a patient management role with no first assist responsibilities.
Compensation:
Hourly: $105/hour
Overtime: $105/hour (1)
Holiday: $145/hour (1.4)
Schedule
Start Date: September 2026
13-week assignment
3 x 12-hour day shifts per week
Monday–Friday schedule
Typical shifts: Wednesday–Friday, with flexibility to cover Monday or Tuesday as needed
Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
No nights
No weekends
No holidays
No call
