Scottsdale, Arizona | Full-Time

Join Our Growing Plastic Surgery Team

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and Operating Room Coordinator to join our premier plastic surgery practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required

3–5 years of operating room experience preferred, with plastic surgery experience strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

Professional, positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain sterile fields for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures

Scrub and assist the surgeon during operations

Coordinate daily operating room schedules and workflow

Ensure surgical instruments, implants, and supplies are prepared and available

Assist with inventory management and ordering of surgical supplies

Oversee OR efficiency and maintain compliance with safety and sterilization standards

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care

Assist with turnover between cases and maintain a clean, organized operating room
