Our practice offers:
- Full tech support and a diverse patient population, from infants to seniors.
- A manageable caseload of 15-20 patients per day in a friendly office equipped with an optical and finishing lab.
- State-of-the-art technology, including Revolution EHR, Auto A/R, Harvest Acuity System, Maestro 2 OCT, and Virtual VF.
- An upgraded lane with cutting-edge digital equipment in progress.
Opportunities abound for professionals with special interests in dry eye management, scleral lens fitting, low vision, or vision therapy.
Optometrist Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Your regular duties will include:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams
- Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
- Prescribe corrective lenses
- Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
- Handle eyecare emergencies
Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree (or pending)
- Valid state license to practice optometry (or pending)
- A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
- Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
