Job description

Experienced techs are needed for on-call Server/Newtork/Infrastructure Support for a Data Center located in lower Manhattan, NYC. Coverage is 24X7, all shifts as needed.
Focus will be on rack and unracking servers, rack mounting, storage replacement, warranty facilitation and working with vendor techs; enterprise systems, data center/PDU/airflow mgmt, power mgmt/loading, change management; working with Dell and Cisco - very strong experienced required. Responding to alerts and alarms. All on-site - no remote support is permitted.
•    LOAD IN / LOAD OUT for Data Center
•    Experience supporting legacy and heterogeneous hardware (NetApp E-Series, Lenovo DE enclosures, Dell Powervault storage ). Debugging hardware issues with disks and controllers on NetApp E5760, Lenovo DE6000  and Dell MD3460s
•    Monitoring experience. Setup and monitor alerts for hardware issues
•    Create tickets with respective vendors and resolve issues - end to end
        -   SLA - less than 1 hour for responding to hardware issues (Mon-Fri 9-5)
        -   Less than 2 days to fix hardware issues
        -   Availability on weekends for Server 1 issues
